I learned automation the hard way: by being the manual process.

Before I automated anything, I did it by hand. I rebuilt the Monday report from three exports. I answered the same "how do I..." question for the fifth time that week. I chased the update that was sitting in someone's inbox.

That is my unfair advantage. Every process I automate, I have run manually long enough to know exactly where it breaks: the column that changes name, the approval that happens in a side chat, the one person who knows how it really works. Automation that skips those details demos well and dies on its first busy Monday. Mine is built around them.

What I build

• AI agents that do the work. They remember context, act inside your tools and hand work to each other, while your people approve what matters.
• Knowledge assistants. Answers from your own SOPs, policies and files, consistent every time, so your team stops asking the same questions.
• Automations and reporting. n8n workflows, API integrations and scheduled pipelines that move data between your CRM, inbox, spreadsheets and project tools.
• Internal tools. Desktop apps, browser extensions and MCP servers that give people and AI agents safe access to real systems. One of them is AirType, my AI voice dictation app for Windows.
• ClickUp systems people actually use. Designed, migrated and taught by a certified ClickUp Admin and Expert.

I run my own stack.

This website runs on a server I set up and look after myself, right next to my own n8n automation server. Same discipline as client work: a backup before every change, every change tested, nothing left half done.

So when I recommend self-hosted AI for your company, with your data on infrastructure you own and no per-seat fees, it is not theory. It is how I already work.

How I work

• Start with the most painful process, not the shiniest tool.
• Measure before and after, so "it worked" is a number, not a feeling.
• Test against your real data before your team depends on it.
• Document and train, so it runs without me.
• Keep confidential things confidential. Nothing I build for you shows up anywhere else.
